Create a keyword automation
Send your exact reply or link when someone comments or DMs a keyword.
What an automation does
An automation watches comments and DMs for a keyword. When it matches, Orbit8 sends the reply or link you wrote, every time, exactly as written.
Create one
- 01In Automations, create an automation and choose where it starts: a comment on a post or reel, or a DM.
- 02Pick a keyword and how it should match: Exact message, Whole word or phrase, Starts with, or Contains anywhere. For comments, choose one post or reel, or every post and reel.
- 03Write the reply. You can add a link button.
- 04Test it privately. No Instagram message is sent. Then tap Save and turn on.
