How Orbit8 works
Orbit8 answers everyday Instagram DMs in your voice and sends your link when someone comments your word.
What Orbit8 does
Orbit8 answers the everyday questions people send to your Instagram, like prices and shipping, in the voice you set. It also sends your link by DM when someone comments a word you chose.
- Automations send the exact reply or link you wrote when a comment or DM matches your keyword.
- AI Replies answer DMs that no automation matched, using only the facts in your Knowledge Base.
- Anything Orbit8 can’t answer from what you’ve told it is saved in your Inbox, and you get an alert. You reply in Instagram, whenever suits you.
What it won’t do
Orbit8 only replies to people who message you or comment the word you chose. It never messages anyone first. You choose what it knows, and one switch pauses every reply.
