Set up Orbit8 in three steps
Connect Instagram, teach Orbit8 about you, then review and publish.
The three setup steps
- 01Connect Instagram. Your account needs to be a Professional account (Creator or Business).
- 02Teach Orbit8. Answer a few questions about what you do, who you help, your reply style and any topics it should stay away from.
- 03Review setup, then tap Publish setup.
You can also scan your website to give Orbit8 a head start. It suggests facts from the page for you to approve. This is optional.
Finish later
Tap “I’ll finish later” at any point. The Overview shows a Getting started checklist with what’s left, and Orbit8 starts replying once every step is done.
