Set up your voice

1. 01Open Voice & tone and choose a starting voice: Warm & personal, Clear & direct, Upbeat & encouraging, or Calm & concise.
2. 02Under Learn from your writing, add 5–10 captions, DMs or comments you wrote, then tap Learn from my examples. Leave out followers’ personal details.
3. 03Fine-tune your voice with the sliders, like Formality, Playfulness, Directness and Reply length. You can fine-tune for a compliment, a customer issue, a buying question or a greeting.
4. 04Tap Generate previews. Previews are private and never sent. Pick Sounds like me, or Adjust the voice.
5. 05Save your voice draft, then Publish setup when you’re happy.

Voice is style, not facts

Your voice changes how replies sound, not what they say. The facts come from your Knowledge Base, and your boundaries stay separate.
