Tell Orbit8 which topics AI Replies should never answer.
Set boundaries
In Voice & tone → Boundaries, list the topics Orbit8 should never answer. When a DM matches one, AI Replies won’t reply to it.
- Matching is on the words you list.
- Boundaries apply to AI Replies only. Keyword automations ignore this list.
- You can also list topics that need an exact answer you’ve approved, and what Orbit8 says before it leaves a conversation for you.
